I particularly enjoy working with client's who have experienced trauma. I enjoy helping client's work through their struggles and walk with them on their pathway to healing.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brainspotting to help my clients create a life that promotes happiness and wholeness. I am also a Domestic Violence advocate and have an extensive amount of training and experience working with perpetrators/victims of DV.”
