I’m especially passionate about supporting women’s mental health, particularly during motherhood and other life transitions. I also enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate change, identity development, and finding their sense of direction in life. I love helping clients explore the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that come with growth and change.

In our work together, my goal is to create a warm, grounded space where you can deepen your self-awareness, find balance, and build more meaningful connections with yourself and others.

“I understand firsthand the challenges of feeling alone and facing what may seem like endless problems. But you don't have to navigate these difficulties by yourself. In our therapy sessions, you can be authentically you, without the fear of judgment or concerns about your privacy. It's incredibly beneficial to have someone by your side to help you process your thoughts, understand the reasons behind your decisions and reactions, and gain insight into how you perceive the world. It's important to feel heard and understood without the fear of judgment.”

You don’t have to go through this alone.

Life brings unexpected challenges—whether it’s navigating relationships, managing stress, facing trauma, confronting childhood wounds that have resurfaced, or dealing with the emotional weight of change. I work with adults, teens, and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to process and heal.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I approach each client with warmth, support, and a nonjudgmental attitude. I believe that therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we’ll work to explore what’s beneath the surface, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop tools that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and will look to you for the truth of your lived experience. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, depression, negative self-talk, or life transitions, I’ll meet you where you are—at your pace.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to walk with you.”
